That is the beauty of online training and group programming!  You have a group chat where you and your peers can chat about the plan and motivate each other along the way.  You also have the freedom to move your workouts around to better fit your schedule!  

I am here to support you every step of the way.  I understand that losing weight can be a challenging and emotional process, and I’m here to be your cheerleader, accountability partner, and source of motivation throughout your journey.  No matter which program you decide on, I will be touching base with you personally every week.

Hey, I get it, it’s difficult to hire someone that you have only met online.  You can trust that I am fully certified in more than one highly reputable organization.  To be specific, my personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine is the only certification accepted globally. The unfortunate truth is that most online trainers are not currently certified, but you’ll never have to worry about that here!  

Unfortunately, I do not prescribe personalized meal plans, as only a registered dietitian is legally allowed to do so. However, I will provide you with healthy recipes as well as tips & tricks on how to create more nutritious meals without sacrificing flavor. 

Unfortunately, that is not my expertise.  My focus is on slow sustainable weight loss for long-term results.  I am happy to refer you to another trainer who specializes in just that! 

You will receive an invite from me to join my personalized Trainerize app.  In the app you have a calendar with your to do list that is uploaded weekly.  Every single exercise comes with a video explaining exactly how it should be performed.   

Your app will be the one-stop shop!  You will enter your measurements, progress pictures, rep counts & weights used for all workouts.  You are also able to sync your Fitbit, Apple Watch, or other fitness trackers.
