This 5 week program follows the FitReset Method™ to help you rebuild a routine that actually fits your life. No extremes, no all in pressure, just simple movement, realistic nutrition, and a structure you can follow through on.

Each round will come with a seasonal recipe book, and we eat GOOD at FitReset.

You’ll be part of an interactive group inside a private app where you can chat, get real time coaching, and have direct access to me when you need support.

You’ll be doing approachable workouts at home or in the gym that come with tutorial videos. Modifications are available for every exercise. Aspiring runner? You also have the option to add a run plan, because you can’t only follow a running plan without some strength.

Along the way, you’ll use simple worksheets and tools to start understanding what actually works for your body, your schedule, and your lifestyle, so you’re not starting over again in a few weeks.

This program runs seasonally, so each round is done together with a group of women all working toward the same goal, building consistency that sticks.
